This is my brand new sterling silver slide pendant design, featuring a 10 mm dichroic cabochon set in sterling.

Handmade Dichroic Glass Jewelry - Winter 2008

I haven’t had any time to post lately because I have been getting ready for my first craft fairs.

I will be at the Burgundy Farm Country Day School Fall Fair in Alexandria, VA on Saturday, October 13 from 11-3.

I will also be at the Centerville Pumpkin Festival in Manakin Sabot, VA (outside of Richmond) on October 20 from 10-4.

Check out this beautiful necklace created by Adornments by BJ with one of my fused glass pendants. She used medium blue and dark olive cord in three ornamental knots to make this piece: the beginnings of a Prosperity Knot, a Connection Knot and a Snake Knot. The necklace comes with a pair of matching dangle earrings.

I have been doing some more experimenting with the liquid glass I mentioned a few weeks ago in my post about slumped plates. I have been mixing colors on art glass with promising results, and I’m pretty pleased with how these two pendants turned out.
